By using the term “add-on” we mean the Service (Service) which provides additional functionality to G Suite services. You can enable (install) or disable (uninstall) our add-ons at any time via the G Suite Marketplace.
Using Our Services
Our Add-ons extend functionality of G Suite services and are provided as installable components from G Suite Marketplace. Our add-ons use services provided by Google or might use third party services. In order to use our add-ons you need a Google account
We are constantly changing and improving our Services and add-ons. We may add or remove features without any further prior notice.
Accepting the Terms
You accept the Terms by simply using the Service. You may not use the Service if you do not accept the Terms. You understand and agree that Leadlist.app will treat your use of the Service as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards. You may not use the Service and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Leadlist, or (b) you are a person who is either barred or otherwise legally prohibited from receiving or using the Service under the laws of the country in which you are resident or from which you access or use the Service.
Our add-on requires that Users give permission to access their Personal Data of the Google account user or act on their behalf. When you install the add-on you will be prompted to authorize one or more permissions Below are some of the permissions required by our add-on and a description of how they are used. View and manage your spreadsheets in Google Drive This permission is used to read and write to spreadsheets in your Google drive. Our add-on will only interact with spreadsheets as you direct them to. Connect to an external service Our add-on interacts with external APIs, which is used to enhance the features of the add-on. View and manage data associated with the application. Our add-on will store the settings you set so they are accessible for future sessions. As a reminder, you can always review access you have authorized to your Google Account under “Sign in and Security” – “Apps with Account Access”.
On becoming aware of any potential violation of these Terms, Leadlist reserves the right (but shall have no obligation) to decide whether user behaviour with the requirements set out in these Terms and may terminate a User’s access to the Services at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
Leadlist.app gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you as part of the Services. This license has the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by Leadlist.app, in the manner permitted by these Terms. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the Leadlist.app name or any of the Leadlist.app trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. All right, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding Content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Leadlist.app and its licensors. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding Leadlist.app , or the Services is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.
While we make every effort to ensure functionality of our add-ons, the add-ons we develop exist within a fast-moving product ecosystem in which things break and may need to be fixed from time to time.
The services are provided “as is” and “as available” and to the extent permitted by law without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non- infringement. In addition, while leadlist.app attempts to provide a good user experience, we do not represent or warrant that: (a) the services will always be secure, error-free, or timely; (b) the services will always function without delays, disruptions, or imperfections; or (c) that any content, user content, or information you obtain on or through the services will be timely or accurate.
Limitation of Liability
We assume no legal responsibility for their misuse by end users, nor do we make any guarantees of their quality or reliability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we assume no liability or responsibility for any:
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content
- Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the services
- Any malicious software agents that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services; and/or
- Content you create or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party
We work hard to provide the best Services we can and to specify clear guidelines for everyone who uses them. Our Services, however, are provided “as is,” and we make no guarantees that they always will be safe, secure, or error-free, or that they will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections.
We do not control or direct what people and others do or say, and we are not responsible for their actions or conduct (whether online or offline) or any content they share (including offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful, and other objectionable content). We cannot predict when issues might arise with our Services. Accordingly, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and under no circumstance will we be liable to you for any lost profits, revenues, information, or data, or consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the Leadlist.app Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Leadlist.app Services will not exceed the greater of $10 or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months whichever the greater.
