Leadlist helps businesses connect to each other by providing online Services that consist of the leadlist.app website and G-suite add-on software.

(“Leadlist”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) understands that privacy is essential to the users of our Services (“Users”, “you”). This policy describes the steps we take to maintain your privacy when you visit our website and/or use our Services.

This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect and how we process it. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

 

Data collection and use

When you are on our website

When you’re using our website, we track your usage which includes statistics such as which pages you visit and how long you look at them. This information may include but is not limited to IP address, geolocation information, browser type and information about the use of our website, including a history of the pages you view, the links you click, or how frequently you access particular links or site sections.

We use Google Analytics to capture anonymized usage information as above (“User analytics”). This type of information is considered confidential and is only used for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving features of the Service. Our Services do not collect, maintain or use personally identifiable information outside the Users’ Google account.

 

When you use Leadlist add-on

When you use Leadlist add-on we may log the request you make and collect some usage information. We can use this data for the sole purpose of debugging and improving the Services we offer. In any event we make sure that these logs and data are deleted from our servers at most after 4 months after the last requests issued by our respective User.

Our users can provide some personal data of any third parties’ such as a person’s first and last names which we use internally within our servers with the exclusive purpose of provision of the Services. By using our Services our Users agree that have legitimate business interest as these data controllers compliant with all and any of the applicable privacy laws and regulations in providing these data to our Services for processing. We treat this data provided by Users to our Services as confidential, never log or store them on our servers or disclose these such data to any other party.

In providing the Services in reply to our users’ request and data provided by our Users we can supply our Users with work email addresses which represent the result of processing our Users’ requests by our Services. We provide these addresses ‘as is’ for the sole purpose of provision of our Services to our Users per their respective requests. We made every effort to ensure confidentiality of the output data between Us and the requesting User, we do disclose to any other party, nor log nor store these data in our servers for any time greater than needed for data processing purposes.

 

Personal Data of the Google account user

Our G Suite add-on helps our Users and businesses to connect to each other by enhancing functionality of G Suite applications and providing online Services.

Our add-on is examined to ensure they meet Google’s guidelines, including guidelines for safeguarding user data, before they are publicly available. For more information, see

In order for our add-on to function, it requires access to data in your Google Drive or other services in your G Suite domain (“Personal Data of the Google account user”).
Our add-on only interacts with the Personal Data of the Google account user that you consent and approve.
All operations performed on Personal Data of the Google account user are carried out within and under the authority of your Google account.
Our add-on does not transmit Personal Data of the Google account user to Leadlist. Any analysis or calculations performed on Personal Data of the Google account user by our add-on cannot be accessed by Leadlist.
All intellectual property rights of your Personal Data of the Google account user are retained by you.

Add-on Authorization

Our add-on requires that Users give permission to access their Personal Data of the Google account user or act on their behalf. When you install the add-on you will be prompted to authorize one or more permissions Below are some of the permissions required by our add-on and a description of how they are used.

View and manage your spreadsheets in Google Drive
This permission is used to read and write to spreadsheets in your Google drive. Our add-on will only interact with spreadsheets as you direct them to.

Connect to an external service
Our add-on interacts with external APIs, which is used to enhance the features of the add-on.

View and manage data associated with the application.
Our add-on will store the settings you set so they are accessible for future sessions.

As a reminder, you can always review access you have authorized to your Google Account under “Sign in and Security” – “Apps with Account Access”.

 

Your choices about your information

To opt-out of having your User Analytics data captured, users can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. This add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript from sharing information with the Google Analytics service about your device activity.

At this time, our Services are not able to support Do Not Track (“DNT”). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.
